At Coop Broadhurst, we are extremely proud of our music offer for our Key Stage 2 pupils.

On Wednesday 11th June, our Year 5 children were selected - out of many schools across Manchester - to take part in a music workshop with the BBC Philharmonic orchestra.  We took the trip over to the BBC at Media City, where the children had the opportunity not only to watch and hear the orchestra play but also play alongside them.  The children have been working hard to develop their guitar skills throughout Year 5, and they have learned a special piece of music for the event.
