We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated teaching assistant with the confidence and enthusiasm to ensure our pupils achieve academic success.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a level 3 qualified teaching assistant with a track record of success 

• Has a real understanding of how to support learners in all areas of the curriculum

• Loves their job, taking a pride in everything that they do

• Works well in a team, enjoying learning and collaborating with others to promote excellence throughout the whole school 

• Is motivated to do their very best

• Has excellent organisational skills and enjoys a challenge

• Uses their strengths to enhance the teaching and learning of children

• Has a good sense of humour

• Is committed to ensuring that excellence, inclusion and challenge are at the heart of everything we do.

• Is willing to play a full part in the life of the academy
